I know this sounds a bit odd but I have been trying to figure out if this would work. I dont have any drawings but my idea is...

What if you created a empty sphere with a hatch on it. Similar to a giant mouse trackball.
Then use wireless video, audio, and controls to transmit video, audio into the sphere and controls out.
The electricity part would have to have to be a battery with a receiving plate on the top and bottom surfaces of the sphere and when the sphere is less then 90 degrees from default it would charge through the surface of the sphere, or use a system similar to wireless charge stations.
Then use motors to control the position of the sphere to any angle. :uups:
Inside place 2 seats  and a projector system to project an image on the inside (convex) screen.

Any ideas on this plan, if it would work or not? I have more detailed ideas but that would take to long to explain.

The concept is very nice, but making it work is going to be very hard.

A 3 axis gimbal system might be an easier solution.
