    In sine wave measurements, when the axis of the motor goes up, it goes up normally, but when it goes down, it goes down quickly. What should I adjust?

    There are a bunch of possible contributing factors.

    First, make sure the computer is set to English Local: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/simtools-language-setting-bug-change-to-english-local.233/

    The SMC3 settings look like they need refinement, set Fpwm to 25kHz, at a guess increase Kp to 400 and for now set Kd to 0, then run the Sine test and post pictures of the results:

    There is also an error message when using SimTools, so hit Details and please post the full error message here, plus pictures of all SimTools settings.

    As an aside, the yellow U channel used as a a connecting link does not look robust enough and really should have spherical joints either end:
