    My Motion Simulator:
    2DOF, DC motor, Arduino
I got my Traction Loss to work finally and left late at night with some changes planned for the next day. I moved the pivot off the motor out to the last hole and tried it out in SMC3. It didn't move to the left very far so I added some power to it in the software. That didn't work so I shut it down, drilled a new hole in-between the two and started it up. The motor didn't center, it turned right all the way. I changed the pot, I changed the arduino, I rechecked everything and couldn't come up with a reason. Since the IBT-2 H-bridge came in a 2-pack, I tried that as a last resort. It worked as it should. That's when I finally remembered that I had pushed the voltage earlier. Now it made perfect sense. Operator error once again.
