I seem to be experiencing the same thing as another newbie.

I am trying to get yoda2 to capture effects from FSX and IL2 FB. In IL2 I have changed
    graphics from opengl to directx.
In FSX I have installed sp1 and fsuipc4. In both sim games I have tried starting yoda2 before
the game and after games are started and I never see anything appear in yoda2.

I have watched the video and I have done things the same. I left the check mark on and off
all to no change in Yoda2.
I am using a logitech forcefeedback joystick which is recognized by the force sender program.
At the moment I am only trying to get yoda2 to work and just that program and the game
    are running.
OS is XP sp2. Any other suggestions?

    Thanx

there is a already running plugin for fsx. But you can have a look at the manual of fsuipc
    for more possible Readout-Data.

Afaik FSX does not have ForceFeedback.

Anyway, please use the FSX plugin. It can be activated in the Force-Sender.

    Regards

There are two links in the force sender and plugin section that seem to be wrong links.
The link that says new fsuipc... takes you to a web page for some mac parallel page.

Also, in that video, they were suggesting to run only three things. Game, yoda2 and force feed back driver. Is ffd something I am supposed to run or is the fact that the joystick is working indicate that a force feed back driver for my joystick is ok?

    thanx.

I picked msflightv2 in the force sender list and bingo, I started getting data in force profiler

Have not had time to analyze what is happening but something is happening. Thanx for the start. It's exciting to finally get something happening. I have a vellerman board so will try and see if I can get output to it.
