    My Motion Simulator:
    2DOF, Arduino, 4DOF
    I think encoders are the way to go for linear actuators (Oh! I discover the American continent!... :roll ) So, in one way or another I want to use them. So, I was looking for some in shaft encoders that I saw in the forum but I can't find them, anyway...
    Could anyone recommend which affordable encoders to get?

    My Motion Simulator:
    3DOF, 6DOF
    I am currently using these for my g-seat and in my lathe. Previously they worked fine on a 3DOF and my first 6DOF with linear actuators.
