    Hi all,
Just thought I would post this up as it might be of interest to some of you who are looking for a 3D printer on the cheap, but don't want to be spending as much of your time "making" the printer itself.

    $260

or from them on ebay for $250

Years ago I built one of the original design RepRap machines. I believe this is based on their Prusa i3 design.
You can find this as an Prusa i3 kit cheaper I'm sure (I see some on ebay for ~175USD) but it saves you the time of constructing most of it, and looks to have a more rigid structure.
