Not a DOFreality owner but Standard is a better option as it exposes the filters, which are needed for refined flight sim motion profiles.

You should be able to just install the latest SimTools over thew top of your existing install. But if you want to be really certain do a backup first: https://www.xsimulator.net/communit...thout-loosing-your-profiles-and-settings.160/

The registration key remains the same.

Does anyone know if it is possible to replace the fans in the dofreality box and control the fans from the computer from some aplication?
The fans in my box have been spinning at the maximum speed since turning on box, and they are very loud, in the evening I can't play because I wake up the everybody at house.

The lack of energy from devs to get us a great plugin for thier games is disappointing.
But the games we do have get another time extension so the P6 will be welcome here

Wow. Now that’s a blast from the past. Lol.

I’ve just ordered the H2 and need a compatible seat. Can anyone point me in the direction of a cheapish model please?

Also how long does it normally take to ship to the U.K.?

Yes a H3 i think since it was under 2k as he mentioned. with a lot of hours. The owner said a bolt broke, new bolt and now it works again.
It was on IRacing drivers world FB page if i am not mistaken.

6DOF , final design is finished, we will keep upper frame part that is moving now in H3/P3 as it is and provide new lower frame to mount 6 motors to move the frame in all directions.

it is 4ft wide ant 5 ft long
    max pilot weight is 100kg
+ standard seat and controllers weight. DD and h pedals will work, but not Panda at the moment.
P6 should lift more, but at the moment we don't have enough real live data to grantee it.

    we start shipping next week
P6 will be at least $5000. but we do X-Mas discount this week for P6 and it is $4600 with best italliian motors !

    upgrade kit P3 to P6 about $2500
H6 will be at least $3600.
    upgrade kit H3 to H6 about $1800

you can preorder it now at https://dofreality.com/order/

In your videos it only looks like the steering wheel and foot pedals are mounted. I see that the total payload weight has been reduced from 150Kg to 100Kg? Have you tested the P6 with all peripherals attached (ie. steering wheel, pedal, thruster, stick, chair etc...)? Any way to strengthen this to support additional weight?

Is there an H3 -> P3 (or P6!) upgrade option?

I'm getting a little too much play/jerkiness in my current H3 setup, eg. feels like a bit of a sudden, initial kick sideways when taking certain corners before it smooths out - not sure if it can be remedied with filters, or if it's a function of the consumer-level motors on the H3.

    Any input appreciated!

As mentioned Pilot weight was reduced until proven. But this is only person weight only, all controllers and seats can be used as before

Ohhh is anyone planning on upgrading or buying the p3? I’m not sure if I should or not. I’ve had the p3 for a year and it works great, but I’m looking for even more realism and immersion. Does a 6dof improve driving and flying realism but little or by a lot? Anyone has experience with any 6dofs? Would be nice to know your experiences and see if it’s worth the upgrade or not

I would have been interested in this but seems like I weigh too much, at around 330lb. Do you have any 6DOF options for big guys like me without fear of the unit breaking?

you can use lower arm mount at the motors . it will reduce the motion range a bit (it will be still good as per H6 videos above) , but can lift more .
