Question License problem

    hi, i imagine that this has been asked many times but i have that problem with my license saying that i have not remaining activation.
    been formatting and changing components on rig so had to activate many times but always just for private use.
    My problem is that i tried to contact the support team and not having any answer from them.
    back in May i lost a DIY license for not keeping it somewhere safe but when i tried login on websitehttps://simtools.us/member-login/ to recover it and i couldn't .
    I tried contacting the team for new pass but no answer so had to buy another license .
    And now same again, i try to login and it says wrong pass, when try to recover....nothing .
    any help would be nice, Rig is stoped
