    Hey,

Just wondering what would be the best stick to get for flight sims/combat type games

I was kinda interested in getting a Force Feedback joystick but seems only the old Microsoft Sidewinder Force Feedback 2 etc does this

would anyone recommend that or something different?

My father uses a Logitech Extreme 3D Pro, which is pretty good for an economy joystick. I have a Warthog HOTAS and while it is expensive it is a fine piece of kit.

But if it is force feedback you want then the Microsoft Sidewinder Force Feedback 2 is about as good as it gets at a bargain price.

If you have plenty of cash tp spare then there is the FF mod for the Warthog: http://www.realsimulator.com/html/fssb_r3_warthog.html
