    Hi all,

    Here I will keep my home made SimforceGT project up to date. First some specifications...

    About the frame:
    I used about 15m 30x30 metal bars to weld the frame. frame lassen 1.JPG frame lassen 2.JPG frane lassen 3.JPG

    Dimensions of the frame:

    - 150 cm lenght
    - 75 cm width
    - 60 cm height (steering wheel)

    Used equipment:

    - fast pc
    - hitachi 37 1080p screen
    - logitech g25 steering wheel
    - seat from a honda crx (soon replaced)
    - creative 5.1 speakerset
    - 2 wipermotors
    - 40A powersupply
    - Thanos's avr-controller 1.5 and h-bridge 1.2b

    He should better wait to post dimensions, as I think he needs to change them slightly, later.

    The upper joint bar has to be placed in touch with the seat. As well the seat has to be fixed tight to that bar.
    Otherwise the seat will shake horribly and some frequencies of acutator rumling will cause hefty resonances.

    You are absolutly right, I'm a newbie at forums. I will keep my project up to date.
    That was the plan when i finished the frame. And if somebody has questions, i'm
    glad to help.

    @ Egoexpress

    I've tested the wipermotors with a buddy of mine who weighs about 100 kilo's and
    everything works just fine although the motors only turn in circles. Seatbelts are almost
    needed.

    Ik ben de controller van Thanos aan het bouwen... bijna klaar. En dan hopen dat alles in orde is. Ben benieuwd hoelang de motoren het uithouden en hoe de effecten zijn.
