Hi, I am using a 3DOF DIY using 4 actuators.

The motion for roll, pitch and surge are very jagged. I can feel the actuators moving up incrementally step by step instead of one smooth motion.

Any advice is appreciated. Not sure its an issues with the rig or software config.

    Attached settings captured.

You mention this is a 3dof but the photo shows a configuration for 6dof and no refinement of the Tuning Center values.

Go grab a copy of the SimTools manual and keep it handy for reference: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/rtfm-start-with-the-official-simtools-documentation.117/

Next thing is to make sure the axis are configured to move as expected: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/which-way-to-set-simtool-axis-movements.230/
