I have been racing with surge and sway for a month now and it’s really fun. Recently I have seen people using pitch and roll for racing and was wondering what the advantages are. When I was first tuning my simulator I tried pitch and roll first but it barely even moved except for running over bumper strips where it would max out the limits. Looking back with a better understanding of Simtools, I could change tuning center values and, since the bumper strip effect is already maxed out, the only thing that will happen is the other motions get amplified.

I think surge is a useful immersive experience
