    No users can answer this question, only an administrator.

    I purchased a 1 year download package on 11 Jan 2017 and I guess it should expire only in Jan 2018.

    When I try to download a new plugin this is the screens I have

    One question : what email address has to do with downloading plugins ? I allready downloaded some after I purchased the package but now there are updates and I have not changed anything in my profile. Is there something I do not know ?
