    Hi every one ... Excuse me ...
    - Start talking without saluting or greetings for every one in your message is considered Un polite or aggressive . But I see it is something normal with you guys even if days are passed between two following posts ... some time it happens but don't make it a rule .
    - Although I'm used to some electronic related expressions like " through hole " electronics ... I don't use it with my colleagues .I use the word Regular or Normal instead .
    - If you didn't see a good friend for a long time or met some one that was your close school friend here in Egypt you not only HUG him you MUST KISS him in cheek and gently dab on his shoulder as a good friendship relation tradition . and this such over time relation is not applied to strange women even and specially your relatives of the same age :( Ahh ... this is really complicated for How to explain ?

    I remembered a what is considered fatal mistake in most of the world ... I some time see women in the movies are being kissed by other men "excluding their father " in front of their husbands ... In All Arabian aria if that happened with your wife :mad: that is a very big problem and a clear GO to kill both Unpunished by the law .

    [hint : sexual scenes in movies are not good thing to watch on TV even for parents ] ... :popcorn

    Very interesting topic!
    In the web, specially in forums its normal for many people to write any comment or post without salutation, but i agree that at least the first post should have one, its a sign for good breeding and could be the beginnng of a nice social interaction. After that its ok not to write Hi and Hello in every new answer. Time is live :)

    I have many business contacts to india people and there its absolutely regular to write "Hi Sir" in every mail.
    Personally i preer, Hi René or hey mate, it sounds more personally and friendly, but i also know thats just a western country related preference.

    Funny, reminds me of my old Boss:
