    Salut a tous

Possesseur depuis peu d'un HTC Vive, j'aurais souhaiter savoir si sur ce forum, certain sont équipés pour partager l’expérience et astuces de réglage.

I know this is a dated thread but since you got no replies...

The straps are a little awkward to adjust the first time but once you get the hang of it, it's quick and easy. Loosen all three straps. Start some VR app so you can see and just hold the headset up to your face to get the best image and position. While holding that position, pull the straps down over your head to where the back strap is low on the back of your skull. Get things centered up and tighten up the sides to be snug and then the top strap to hold the vertical position. It's a little fiddly with the cabling but you'll get there. Don't forget the knobs on the sides of the headset that allow adjusting the eyes to lens distances for best field of view and also focus.

The straps are pretty comfortable for me as long as I don't adjust the sides too tight. You probably already know about the new head strap assembly but in case not, HTC will be offering a new head strap that's has integrated headphones with a single knob in the back to adjust fit and will keep the eye to lens adjustment. $99 US and I believe preorders start in May for June delivery.

There was a Kickstarter for a strap assembly that let you flip up the headset to interact with the real world instead of taking it off, but not sure if they are still taking orders if that is an interest.

    Cheers!
