I have been working on a racing simulator for a little bit now. I'm pretty happy with how it's turning out but I would really like to add some motion to it. I have some questions to help me get started. I was looking at the simexperience stage 1. Does stage 1 work on it's own, can you just mount it to a cockpit and away you go, or is it more complex then that. I already have a cockpit and I want to add motion to the cockpit I already have rather then spending a fortune on a motion cockpit. My budget isn't too massive so it have to be something simple. I know I won't get much for what I got, and if this gets too expensive then I'll just drop it. I plan to fall back on simvibe with butt kickers but I was thinking how cool that would be if I had some motion on the seat. I just want the seat to move, I don't need the entire cockpit moving, nor could I aford it. Anyways thanks for any advice.

how about 2 x pololu JRK 12v12 's , 2 big worm gear 12v 200w motors, a uni joint, some rod ends, pots, wires, fans, etc.
    Should be moving for $500-$600.
