    This is my two cents worth solution for making a No-Weld height adjustable Wheel Stand.

    Traditionally, a nut is welded onto the outer support frame so that a bolt with a knob can be screwed into hold the sliding inner frame.

    Welding is not my cup of tea. So, I came up with this idea of securing the nut to the outer support frame by a square U-Bolt. I used a serrated flange nut to prevent it from rotating. These pictures show how I made it.
