Question Help me please, What's Wrong with my SMC3 settings?

    I have replaced the wiper motor with a 250watt wheelchair motor. I connect the pot with a pulley 50teeth and 30teeth (1 : 1.6 ratio) the settings I use are the same as the wiper motor. but why does it seem like the motor always shuts down (whether it shutdown bts7960 or from the smc3 program because it reads more pots) what are the characteristics if the potentio is damaged?? btw I have never replaced the potentiometer. or i have to parallel bts 7960?? even though using a wiper motor everything is safe.

    SMC3 settings should be made for specific hardware, not just transferred. Go back and do the setting up procedure from scratch.

    Hi sir whats wrong with my setting, if the rig without me, the feedback same with target. But if i seat on rig, the feedback not same like a target sir. That is because ratio pulley for pot sir???
