I use these potentiometers for 10 laps but they break and that's why I'm looking for endless pots

the axis has 180 degrees, and the potentiometers 10 turns, but sometimes I have connection problems and goes over the top and breaks them, I could make a gear but if there is no end I wanted to try

Oh, OK - your making this more complex then it needs to be for that application.. Just run a shaft off your current motor arms and just use continuous turn Hall sensor. See https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/how-to-connect-protect-a-potentiometer.13/ for a bit more help.
