I’m helping my brother upgrade his Blue Tiger Motion Simulator to run with Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 on a Windows 11 i9 PC. The rig is in full working condition and came with:

    • eMotion.exe (latest Eleetus software)

    • BlueTigerInterfaceInstall-0-013.msi (BTI)

    • VC2005SP1 redistributable, motion plugins, and firmware tools

    • Original Blue Tiger manuals and connection diagrams
We’ve confirmed the rig works over Ethernet with the original BTI software on older systems, but our goal is to run it reliably with MSFS 2024 on the new hardware.

    What we need help with:

    1. Has anyone successfully used eMotion directly with MSFS 2024?

    2. Is there an existing SimTools interface plugin or FlyPT Mover setup for Blue Tiger, or do we need to capture and replicate the BTapi.dll packet format?

    3. Any known workarounds for driver signature issues in Windows 11?

    4. Recommended IP/port settings for eMotion or BTI on a modern network setup.
If you’ve done this—or even partially succeeded—your insight would be a huge help. We’re happy to share progress back with the community once we get it running.
    Thanks in advance, Clive

    My Motion Simulator:

I don't own the rig and don't know anything about eMotion, hopefully someone else may be able to advise about those.

In terms of alternative control the challenge tends to be that motion rigs of this era are often slaved to propriety control and code, see here as but one previous discussion: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/threads/blue-tiger-eleetus-motion-platform.16796/

If you want to explore SimTools as an alternative check out the Network section on p.36 of the manual: https://simtools.us/wp-content/uploads/2024/02/SimTools-v3.pdf

And you could try this setup from @Dello with SimTools, but please note that for SimTools 2 and SimTools 3 the Interface Output is like this: <Axis1a><Axis2a>
