Amazing stuff This will take VR again to a whole new level and even more reason why we would need a GTAV plugin for simtools

It looks pretty awesome but I'm a GTA fanboy so I'm biased :)

Too much excitement for me :grin

With Oculus Rift that will be new dimension indeed :grin

But producing plugin for GTA will be very hard, probably impossible.. Maybe with memory hook or something like that. Few problems are in the way, first and most important for easier implementation, there is no telemetry output. And even if there is, the game is not driving-only oriented, so there won't be motions while on foot and you would need to switch from wheel to keyboard/mouse or gamepad every time. Second problem is linked with first one, since it's not driving-only, switching cameras from first person to third one, or any other, changes a lot of values so the memory hook would be also hard to create..

But boy, driving in GTA city with motion would be fun as hell :grin

Does anyone know if it's feasible to get GTA V working with SimTools? I saw that force-dynamics has done it internally for their rig...
I haven't seen any mods that expose real-time physics data (but maybe just because most people don't have anything useful to do with it :)
