    1) What do your axis assignments look like for the game?
    2) Are you on a Single PC installation of SimTools, Or a dual PC installation?
    3) Have you played with the IP settings any?

The assignments that I have put in the axes are those that appear in the photo, this installation of sim tools I have only installed it on a PC, it is the first time I install simtools and I am having to make the motion work, I put the ip from my house.

Like @moaale mentions (thanks for the assist buddy!) is that when you install a single installation of SimTools, both IP's are already set correctly.
But if you happened to change them, simply set them back to 127.0.0.1.
Once you have the IP set, please unpatch, and then re-patch your games.

Next, what simulator are you trying to get working?
Or what are you using for the interface?
    Arduino and SMC3?
We just need a bit more info in order to get you going buddy.

    Take care man!
