Hello to all of you. I have a Frex Simconmotion with Scn5 actuators controlled with Lince 2.0 software. I would like to get an opinion from someone who has compared Lince 2.0 with Sim Tools as I have noticed that, set to 100%, it doesn't move the seat as I would like. I don't want crazy shakes, but sometimes I'm not satisfied with it. I remember that with the Frex software it moved like crazy. The first time I used it, with RBR, I was left with a sore back. Then I learned to slow down. I still have the Simconbase cards and the other one to go back to Frex but I don't know if they have updated the drivers for at least recent games. If you know anything about this it could be an alternative.
Is there a demo of Sim Tools to try before buy it and maybe find out how little it changes?
    Thanks

    You can download SimTools: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/marketplace/motion-simulation-software-simtools.63/

It comes with the fully functional plugin for LFS, specifically for testing purposes: https://www.lfs.net/downloads

Grab a copy of the SimTools manual and keep it handy for reference: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/rtfm-start-with-the-official-simtools-documentation.117/

Then see the tuning tips in the FAQs: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/steps-to-create-a-motion-profile.228/

Make sure you run a race in LFS before patching it for motion, as that generates some required files: https://www.xsimulator.net/communit...run-in-first-person-mode-before-patching.365/

To prevent damage from bottoming out set Axis Limiting to 90%:

I have SCN5 motors and I used to use Lince. Lince is good, but for fine tunning Simtools is the best one. Even better than simcomander from Simexperience that has plenty of sliders.
Just spend a little time and use the filters to get it to work to your liking.
