Frage zum Bau des DIY

    Hallo zusammen,

    nun ist es soweit der Bau des Gestells für den Simulator steht an und da habe ich gleich ein paar Fragen:

    1: Welche Maße sollten die 4 Kantrohre haben, welche habt ihr verwendet?
    2: Welche Größe sollte das Wellengelenk haben, habt ihr Adressen zu Anbietern?

    Das sind erstmal die 2 wichtigsten Fragen.

    Servus Gregor,

    das kommt auf Material und Materialstärke an.

    Ich habe für das Grundgestell 35x35x2 Vierkanntstahl verwendet.
    Allerdings biegen sich die Rohre minimal durch, wenn ich fest am Lenkrad ziehe. Stört mich aber nicht, da ich das Lenkrad nur beim Austeigen soweit belaste. Kannst aber evtl. auch 40x40er nehmen. Aber nicht mehr, sonst wir es zu bullig und schwer.

    Der Sitzrahmen obendrauf ist bei mir aus 30x30x2.

    Die 2 Aktuatorenarme, welche die SCN5 halten, sind bei mir 40x20x1,5 da die SCN5 Montagewinkel etwas über 40mm sind.

    Wellengelenk? Du meinst die Gelenkköpfe?
    Sind für die SCN5 M10x1,25 Feingewinde (innen)
    Kannst aber auch M10x1,5 Normalgewinde nehmen (is billiger) und ein Feingewinde selbst reinschneiden. Ringo und ich haben das so gemacht, und es funzt.
    Die Gelenkköpfe für die Steuerstangen können kleiner sein. M6x1,5 reicht m.E.

    O.k die Gelenkköpfe wäre auch noch eine frage gewesen ;)

    Ich meinte das Gelenk auf dem Bild.....
