Here is a plugin for forza horizon 5 for console manual start, it may work on pc.
it has a little issue on some of pause screens where the plugin still receives game data, unsure if its the plugin or the game still sending data, all i did with this is decompile the orignal horizon 4 plugin and change name, credit should go to @value1 and @yobuddy for the original plugin.
its not the best, but it works of for me.

Fantastic ! Thanks very much. I'll try and hope it works. Thumbs up ! I use the xbox series x. In Forza Horiozon 4, telemetry for xbx is broken.

    Hi,

No, I can confirm it's working on PC.
I play with this plugin every days with the Microsoft store version of the game. Many thanks for this plugin.

But i'm agree that it's not perfect : Manual launch is not the best. And there's some minors strange moves.

May be I missed this "manual launch".
    How do you proceed exactly?
So far, I just threw the plugin as usual, patched it and nothing more.

Have you activate the data transmission directly in the game ?(it's on the gameplay page on parameters)
If you have simtools on the same PC you must put the IP : 127.0.0.1 and 4123 for the port
    it should work

I can confirm that the manual start plugin works awesome on PC after reading max min values. Both simtools and simhub work .

Hi, I met a problem after entering the game, it moves, but randomly and violently, almost threw me out.
I have turned on data output with 127.0.0.1 : 4123, and pressed the play button in Game Manager ( although it cannot open the game directly).
The simulator should be fine, it works well for ACC.
So are there any other points I missed? I need your guys help! Thanks!

Posting pictures of all of your settings will make it easier for others to offer suggestions. Likely your motion profile needs refining.

Grab a copy of the SimTools manual and keep it handy for reference: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/rtfm-start-with-the-official-simtools-documentation.117/

Then check out the Profile Tuning Tips in the FAQs: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/steps-to-create-a-motion-profile.228/

Make sure you capture the Max/Min values in the Tuning Center and then tweak from there.

Hi noorbeast, appreciate your reply, here is the setting. Should I make the Max/Min values smaller integer?
