    Hi guys
Built this a while back and thought I would share it. While flying in DCS in vr it was impossible to find ctrl and e on the keyboard to eject before bursting into flames. I made an ejection seat handle. Basically a micro switch, arduino board which replicates ctrl and e being pressed 3 times. A spring and the handle made out of a piece of stud bar and garden hose with black tape around it. Its a bit of fun and works a treat.

I've noticed the same difficulty while flying in VR, and built something similar for my motion integrated g-seat.

Btw, do you get force input from Simtools when punching out? There's currently no feedback if I have to suddenly leave my F-14 (the handle works great though)

A force has to be incorporated into a plugin, does the ejection actually equate to heave in the game, I am presuming in DCS?

I have to check; this can probably be captured in Tuning center values, if I reset heave to zero and fly level (while motors turned off) before ejecting.

I'm using the "Digital Combat Simulator (DCS) - Experimental plug-in v0.10" for Simtools.

Try to auto capture DCS Tuning Center during eject, or alternatively a small value like 0.5 to see if you can feel it, rather than zero.

would be cool if you could release presured air under your seat as soon as you pull the cord.
give you a bit of a realism feel to it :D

I finally had the chance to test this, and unfortunately the game is sending the telemetry data for the plane, not for the pilot :D

That means, while parachuting down, I can feel the kaboom when the plane hits the ground. Have to study the export options more to see if it's possible to change that..
