What type of breakout board can x-sim use for a 3 axis stepper motor layout? Can X sim use CNC 3 axis controller board to send the info to three stepper motor drivers. I am using stepper motors with 60 lbs of holding torque I may not need this much with the seat at CofG. PLEASE could really use some help. If this is not possible then can I use a high torque servo if I can find one.

Thanks have enjoyed building my cockpit design not looking to get it to roll, pitch and yaw.

Possible its a matter of having a look at the documents on the board you have.
Upload them, I have had a stepper motor running but was not stong enough, I had to use a Arduino and a stepper board.

Question 1. Can the board you have accept usb command, if not what kind of communication does it use.
Question 2. Can a mirco controller providing 5v signals drive the card.

A Datasheet of some description will help.

How did you connect Audrino UNO to X-SIMULATOR? I have a 3 axis stepper shield in mind to make it work will X-Sim connect to the Audrino UNO board.

And what do I need to get x-sim to recognize it and what are the steps for an audrino uno board?

Please get back to me on your steps.

    Thanks again for replying.

Sorry mate cant give you software information on xsim but I use the lastest software here, actual its in beta, and run an UNO R3 2DOF Sim model for testing game plugin without having to jump on a full sim. (Well me new sim's nearly built) Making this work in the new software is so much easier, may be you can apply to Admin for access to the beta and we can take from there.
