Looking to see if anyone has any suggestions since the last time I e-mailed the company they did not respond at all. I just sent them this e-mail and hopefully will get a response unless someone here can provide some insight:

"No matter what I do, my motion with the 2 front motors is not smooth or in sync. One moves, then the other one constantly catches up.

    So far I have tried:

    - Adding and removing every component piece by piece in different combinations (Joystick, steering wheel, HOTAS, Seat, Pedals etc.)
    - Adding different amounts of weight in all directions and with all different configurations
    - Raising and lowering the front motor arms, and even doing them different heights

I know in the video I have the joystick attached but nothing on the left. I assure you this happens no matter WHAT is on/off the platform. It even happens with NOTHING attached.

Please let me know if there is some way to align the motors, because either one of the motors is bad or they are not aligned correctly. The left motor has MUCH more free play in it than the right motor. I need to get a solution to this ASAP because out of owning this for a month, I think I have been able to use it for about 10 minutes total, and have spend probably 30 hours trying to fix this."

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Here is a video to the problem I'm talking about:

Just flagging your issue for @Radioproffi, who sells the DOF Reality rigs.

He has been trying to help me through e-mail for the last hour. So far, we made the problem worse lol He's going to reach out to his engineers and see what they say to try next.
