All else fails, Reboot and try again. Technically Dash meter shouldn't interfere with Simtools.

I don't know anything about your rig but suggest you see if there is a port conflict, as DashMeterPro uses a network for connecting.

unfortunately tethering my tablet does not work although when I connect I get ok pc does not recognize it. I tried with another Android device and does work. I therefore preferred to use wifi.

Have you tried setting a different port number in the Advance settings of DashMeterPro and the accompanying configuration files for the computer part?

Thank You norbeast for your support;)
I unplugged the tablet and uninstalled the configuration file in the PC dashmeterpro but nothing has changed. The strange thing is that if I try the motors from Pololu utility (use cards jrk12v12) work perfectly. Although simtools in "output testing" "Axis Output" they work. But in "DOF outoput" they do not work instead. This makes me think that there isn't a problem with ports or USB cable. In any case most 'late I will try to disconnect and reconnect the USB cable and see what happens

I tried to do these things in sequence:
    - Did pc restore from an image file created when everything worked perfectly
    - USB disconnected and reconnected.
    - Uninstalled and reinstalled simtools.
    - Uninstalled and reinstalled the Pololu utility for managing cards jrk12v12
The software recognizes Pololu perfectly cards, I configured and engine works perfectly
In simtools I reconfigured all. In "Output test" "dof output does not work but" axis output "works perfectly.
I can not think that can be a problem of wiring or sockets or USB hardware in general. If so, the utility will Pololu simtools it should not see the tabs and engines, and instead see them work. Only "DOF Output" does not work and consequently even while playing the sim moves. bu "axis output work".
