Commercially designed non motion system, i have bought 2nd hand 2 x Exlar GSM 30 actuators with Epslion EP drives. Waiting my 30 days and hope Sim X will send me a free licence. Still have several interface issue to look at, setup is tested and working just needs refining.

Any experience or advise is welcome.

If you mean the SimTools DIY license then see here for details: https://www.xsimulator.net/request-diy-key-simtools/

To qualify for a free license:

    • You must be building a true DIY motion simulator. (Not built from a kit or purchased from a simulator seller, a model simulator does not qualify.)
    • Have a unique build thread or Showcase in DIY Simulator Projects. (The thread should show some effort, which means it should show progress to the testing phase.)
    • Have been a member of the community for at least 30 days.

Garage floor test bench, I have a 26pin IO plug, i assume this is compatable with sim x gaming software converted to usb. Along way to go but actuators have tested 100%, time for the interface then construct. 20190303_183052.jpg 20190303_183151.jpg

Can anyone give me a hardware spec for the eio26 cable from my servo drive to the pc? Currently using power tools pro for testing.
