DIY linear acuators... how often do you grease, and what grease do you use?

    after finding a zerk fitting on one of the ballscrews i purchased, prompted me to research about greasing the ball screw..



    what grease do you guys use, and how often do you grease?

    i see that the guy in the video uses spray white lithium..
    but on another rail bearing grease video, the guy recommended slick 50, which i ended up picking up...

    Hardly ever, I've maybe put some grease on about 4-5 times in the last 2 years ish , cant remember when I built it now :D

    And I use some grease I got from work in a tube, no idea what type it is , its just grease I think lol
