i use this wheelchair motor and i seems to work great when i tested it..the price is cheaper and thats why i go for it compare to the wiper motor . for those who wondering if this cheap wheelchair can support or not the load, yes for me it can support my weight . im 90kg and this motor can hold my weight steadily.

This is my rig frame using hollow metal..im use 1 inch x 1 inch with 1mm thickness to kept it lightweight..im attach the motor at the front to minimize the space use..

Just for consideration, the important lever measurement is the center to center distance of the holes.

For the coupling/u joint im using ATV drive shaft since this is the cheapest i can get. Not yet tested but hopefully i can support my weight and the rig

With this motor, before this i tested with 10cm for the hole to hole of this lever..and it can support my weight and the rig and the motor still cool and also the driver not overheat..but this new drawing i reduce it to 8mm for safety

I want to start a new project which is 4dof motion sim. Do you think below motor powerful enough to lift around 150kg rig + driver?

    Motor spec :
    24v DC motor
    250watt
    13 amp
    75rpm

For lever i will use 6cm and 600watt power supply each.
