Dirt Rally Plugin location?

    Hey, so im not going to install the plugin from sim tools, im suing the Phone App Dashmeterpro, but i figured their kinda teh same in terms of the plugin right?

    So i got the app, i got the program and the plugin. but i got no instructions on where to actuly install this plugin? their website just says Extract "DashMeterPluginRBR" in "..\RBR\Plugins\"
    I guess RBR stands for Richard burns rally but they say it works for Dirt rally as well.

    But there is no Plugin folder in my game folder?

    The plugin contains 2 files: DashMeterCom.ddl & Prefrences.ini
