    Hello guys!, I already build my own 2Dof simulator servo model and now i want to build a real one.
    I was searching dc servos on internet to replace the microservos, and i find this that works 24 V. I want to know if two of this are enougth. Platform and an user sums 160 kg.

    Can you show me a forum about it? I want to use dc servos, but i don’t know what model to use. What is a recommendable torque for motors?

    For a basic 2DOF rig you can use the likes of SimCalc to get an idea of design Vs physics and what power is needed to drive such a rig at a desired level of performance: https://www.xsimulator.net/communit...e-linear-speed-and-forces-of-your-design.270/

    The easiest way to use servos is to use AASD servos for which control boards exist:

    I know someone tried to use these for a G seat and they did not last very long even for that. Recommend you have a look in the projects area for solutions that do work. Unfortunately nothing good comes cheap ;).

    thanks guys, i have read a bit about it and i will prefer to use dc motors instead servos!
