    New post(sorry for previous)

1)Made new holders for pgsaw motors

2)Wired up buttonbox, combined with GI max gear indicator,it don't look proffesionaly, but it fullfils the purpose. For the control board,I'm using Leo bondar buo836,it's a great controller, which is compatible with any game i have played yet :),so I can recommend that.

waterpoof connectors are so great!!especialy for beginners as me,if you don't want soldering, this is the best choice. But they are rated for smaller current,so be carrefull for what are you using them :)They are very cheap on Ebay and sold in big packs(China).

    3)
Moded trustmaster t500 wheel with adapter which i bought here:Fitting really good

Hi, really great work, congrats !
With regards to your motors: Have you manually removed the inside gear of the motor and turn it, so that you have a left and a right motor ?
If yes, was it a simple action ?

    Thanks,
    Arazok

Yes flipping the gear inside is easy peezy, Pop the screws out and flip. IF the gear sticks to one side, take a screw driver handle and tap on the output shaft to get it out. Some of the Case castings and the bearings are a tight fit. Some are loose.

Yes!How Nick says it's very easy. You do not have to worry.
Just be care to srews from cover. On my motors, they were too tightened,so i had problems to open them, because i rewound head of screws(there is a cross). So press the screwdriver really perpendicular.

Hi guys,i want to ask you about motors:
Yestreday i have tried to connect construction with levers, and motors just moved under the weight strain(without any current),is that normal?I am using pgsaw motors.I didn't know, when this is possible.
In this case,I can set min and max of pot by hand,is that right?
With wiper motors,it was not possible.

The 25:1s can be back drive by hand and that is normal. The 50:1s can be back driven under load once they have been used for a while, again that is normal.

Yes you can set the Min/Max by hand.

    Hi Danny255 again,
How do you make the great shaft for the pgsaw motors ?
Or have you bought them ?
    Thanks,
    Arazok

Hi Arazok,Shafts has been made in my job by machines,it took a lot of work. But everybody has to contribute shaft for themselfs.Every sim is little bit different from each other.
Try to look up in forum, for more and more tips, and you will find best and easy solution for you :)
Problem is,when the shaft diameter have to be accurate to sit inside bearing. If you dont have possibility to tell some friend with Mill,Lathe machine..you can design it in some construction program and go to produce in some bussines for money.

    Ok, thanks.
But as I ordered also the pgsaw motors: Do you have the measurements of your shafts ?
I can adapt them for my individual rig, but the fitting into the pgsaw motors should be the same :)

You're welcome :)...Now I am at work, and dont remember dimensions.I will measure it at home and write it to you.But you have to consider one thing, that i have square on maded shaft,as well on lever instead of hole.(I made square, because i want to prevent lever from overspin under preasure).I will post pics of levers, and you will know, what i mean.I want to say, that your shaft have to be different,if you want to attach lever by hole.

Tommorow,or at the weekend,i will post pics for better understanding :)

Hi Arazok, sorry for delay post,i was very busy.
I have done some dimensions for you,and coming with explanition with that "square for lever"

Dimensions of my axles (I hope you can read it,I am not ingenier,it could be confusing :D :D)

And there is square what i thought...9mmx9mm,same is on axis.So you can do this..or do classic hole and diameter,it depends on you

    How it looks in assembly
