    I. I agree with Nick Moxley. I think that the problem should be taken into consideration ...

In geometric terms the direction of TL wheels should be placed perpendicular to a line drawn between the center of the pivot and the center of each wheel being used.

Thank you guys for your posts:)...my wheels have a little angle on the sites for a "circle move"(How nick said),it not easy to see it in the picture. But maybe the angle is too low for good moving,i don't know.I am without experiences with this.I will test moving TL wheels without motors, and i will se,when the movent will be good enough. If not, will fit wheels in anoyher positions. In this case,i wilk ask you for some tips:)

Hello my simfriends :)I've done some piece of work.I have finished bottom frame, screw bearing, stands(which are adjustable height),mount motors to positions, mount sheet metals for pots and the most important thing..When you guys gived me advice about wheels,I have made better radius for TL moving.I had to screw middle wheels from behind due to middle motor, there wasn't much place. There is i big different now in moving,it's going more softely now.Soo thank you for advice guys :) I will continue with rods, read forum about best angle:).And the last thing, what i promised, some video of TL frame, but i don't know,if anything will be seen from this :D.

Today carbon foil arrived to me :),So i decided to screw and design my wood pedal floor. In the end,i will do it same for motor plate, and wheel plate :),in combination with white color it's great,i like it so much.Definitely looks better look than original visage of wood :)..And firtstime i connected all frames together, because i have to measure height for rods.next update coming this week certainly :)

No the Lever arm itself, On the motor. If your much above 50mm. your wipers are going to struggle.

Your motor's (wipers) DO NOT have enough juice to move 90mm lever's on a Full frame setup. Sorry to say.

    Next update:
1)Made panhart style rod between middle and top frame
2)Electronic is mounted under bottom frame
3)repainted to black, because of bad holding white acrylic color
And asnwer to nick:I will try motors with full weight setup and see result,i think it's possible with these motors. If not i will have to solve this problem.

Finished third motor setup.Drilled hole to motor shaft for potenciometer
Now i have to think about wheel mounting and place some monitor.I though about 34" from Samsung.Wanted triple monitor set,but I'm not sure about my graphics card hold that.
Also tested movement. Not so bad,but there will be needed much setup.

Nice Progress, I highly suggest a Flex coupler for your pots, A solid mount shaft will take out the pot eventually. Have you tested with a driver installed ?

Yes,this testing is with Simtools, drivers are ready. But you You're right Nick,i have problem with holding position of pots. It's still moving out from zero, everytime about 50-100(saw it in pololu software, feedback going out),Example i set 2048,and after first movement is 2080,my couplers are bad and my sim is little unbalanced, because every motor have a little bit different position.
So i had to buy that couplers.
