Other thing, that i changed are the boards.I stoped use Monster moto with low power, and bought 3x Pololu jrk 12v12,and my problem with speed in other directions was fixed, soo now i am able to use my wiper motors in both directions with pretty comfortable speed for sway, picth, whatever. From the begining, there was a problem with setting(PID,Duty cycle, potenciometer.I just saw some videos and tutorials, and after that it was easier to set good values).Next are the Psu-i have bought 3x DPS-600PB,low cost, good and stable voltage.Everybody here propably know them, theay are very good, but there have to be some preparing.some photos with connecting

For fiting board,i have choosen option collums with thread and washers. So i can easily screw them to my computer chassis(to threads for motherboard).Chassis is Zalman z5 i think,it's a small, but used, and that was cheap. I wanted have boards on one part, but planes has changed, because i didn't count with size of chassis,so i had to cut them part to part.

There is some first testing with attached heatsink and coller.Psu in the picture is my old 30A psu,and i will use it for cooling my boards.

And the last thing what I've done is complete montage to my chassis except the fans, because i had to play with cabels for better contacts.Heatshrink helped me so much,i can recomment to everybody who has na experiances with electronic ass me,such i good thing.Soo,i can drive motors via Xsimulator software,i tried all motors with sliding pot and everythink looked good,i have to make a connections for pots to the motors, and we will se...so electronical part is almost done, and now i start think about construction, material, and will make some plans is program maybe.Everybody have a good time a many success with your simulators.Cheeers racers!!

I am again here to show you my progress,I am getting close to my dreamed simulator.I'm so looking foward to finish it.Last week i just bought some iron profiles 30x30(20 meters for 700CZK= it's about 28Dolars).So it was for very nice price and i was very happy. Now i am starting from top construction with seat.
I have made some drawing with my idea,it is normal 3 part construction for 2 dof with TL.I'm not engineer,so it's not profi drawing, but this type of work,it's enough.

Here is the propably most important thing of my progress, and it's diy jointer from steel. It's all made on LATHE,and CNC LATHE :D.I work in company, where is not problem to do these things,so i can say i'm very lucky. It's easy principal with turning ball, which is secured by circle.Attachment is by threads. And in the main wheels, there are only holes.Main wheels goes to the construction. There will be between top and middle.

There is some quick video, how it works. It maybe want to some upgrade.Because when i want to screw the circle more stronger, movent is very tough,so maybe make i little bit more place for ball.we will se.

And the last thing,I've ordered from my old friend car seat. It's from Ford Focus 1.That was very cheap, but now i't will be little bit complicated, because handles of the seat and not equal to edges of seat.It will be harder to mount it to the construction. But i will fight with that :D.More progress coming soon with more videos.Bye all simracers and fliers :)
    appreciate

    Nice progress.

With the ball joint pivot you will need to use a panhard style control rod between the top seat and mid frames to prevent unwanted twist.

Thank you noorbeast for you advice :).I will try to fit seat in normal style.Maybe make the screws on ball joint more tight. If the movement will be so much twisted,i will use panhard.I am very interested how it will be works :)

Today I've done some work on top(third construction).I've found the center position for the pivot point(in my case the ball joint),and position for the seat.So i had to screw up holders to the frame(Up and down). That wasn't easy thing, because how i said, ther holders from the seat are not equal in size and height. This is just preparing for welding.Next thing i want to weld is of course place for resting the seat and some holders for steering wheel.Pedals will be on plate(sheet metal propably).Today I'm going to order trustmaster t500rs,without shifter,i have old sequential shifter from my old wood simulator. That's it for some time.See you soon simracers :) Cheers!

Tightening the bolts won't do it, you will need a panhard style control rod that runs diagonally across between the top seat and mid frame, with a ball joint either end, to prevent unwanted lateral twist.

I see,i though, that tighting bolts will help to make a movement more balanced and get lower limits of movement.Soo,ok,i will give to your advice, when all frames will be completed,I will secure the seat from lateral twist :) I am thinking about rods, again from Lathe. Now i'am going to read forum posts for some tips.Thank you @noorbeast :) Bye

Hi Simfans:),little bit proggresion of my project.Top construction welded. One last thing, what i have to do,is make mounting for steering wheel and do some floor for pedals. That floor will be maybe from wood.Despite of that i started with painting, because,i don't want so much work at one time.Next week,i want to weld middle, and bottom construction to finish connection between them.

Yestreday arrived bearing(D20)for bottom construction and some joints(m8) for connection rods,Also i have some rollers for traction loose.
Now I'm little bit closer to finish,I'm so much interest of final result :)
More progress certainly next week :)

Today, some work has been done.Middle construction is welded, and now I'm finding best position for pivot point and thinking about motor positions, angle of rods,I'm little bit worried about this angle, when it is good for fluent movement.Tomorrow i will drill holes and place screws for connection between these constructions,so If the position for pivot pivot point will be bad,i can modify it,to right position everytime i want.

Finally tha last frame has been welded by my friend from work :)..So now i can slowly join frames together, but there are still some parts, what i am missing :/(connection rods, motor mounting screws),but this is details:)..I added some wood for motor mouting,i neeeded much place for all 3,and some wood for pedals,it doen't look good, but it fulfills the purpose, anyway i will paint it to white...Next i have Drilled some holes for bearing and place sheet metal for rollers. When i will mount the motors to positions and make connection rods,i will surely place here some testing videos here.

I see a slight problem, TL wheels are all mounted straight. Think about that. a TL axis is a BIG circle that we are only using a Very small fraction of said circle. But that requires the TL wheels to have a slight bit of Angle to them. Currently being all in a line will be forcing the wheels to scrub as it moves in its Axis, which isn't ideal by any means and will put more stress on the TL motor.
