I'm thinking about the possibility of putting a motion simulator for people to have fun here in the city and with a small hourly charge.
I sent two emails to support@studio-397.com, but they are not responding.
Does anyone here have any idea how much they'll be asking for a lifetime or annual subscription?
    Thank you!

This may or may not be indicative, but in January 2019 I inquired as to the cost of using Project Cars for a youth VR driving risk avoidance project and at that time a PCPro lifetime license cost £1000 (+applicable VAT) per seat.

I think they are almost all around the 1000 price tag for commercial licenses - except rFpro....for that you need MUCH deeper pockets.
