    Hi, im new there;)
Im searching for Software which i can use with my s7-1200 simulator built.
I must connect to PLC using network(Wireless bridge).
Did any of you connect SimTools with s7-1200 via net?

Can i use NET Interface for this, is this like UDP based?

Another question, can i establish connection with PLC without license just for testing purposes, even without play;)

Yes the Net interface is UDP.
If you install SimTools without a license, it will run in demo mode with the game Live For Speed.
    Give it a go!

You might be able to install nodeRed on your computer with a S7-link plugin to interface to your PLC
