It crossed my mind to use car starter(i think that is the name) instead wipers for 2DOF sim. But Moto monster would be to weak do to 30A max current. So i was wondering is there diy shield that can be connected to arduino? Because i plan to supply it with car battery 60-70amps. More coming soon...

Not a good idea, starters draw high current for short periods.

Yes i'm well aware of that. i was just thinking of trying that, cause i have battery charger(custom made) that have around 200A that would probably supply starters without too much sweat. I'm mechanic but electric is not my best tread( not to mention English ). And there is another reason why i would try to make MM on my own, even for wipers. I HAVE to wait 30+ days to arrive from china. 30 days. I'm gonna went crazy for that time.;) btw tnx for quick response.

Ok tnx. I review it and you just crush my dreams :(. Just kidding, you helped me a lot. :) back to the drawing board. I'm gonna go with the wipers definitely. And maybe in the near future gonna try something new. I'm gonna try and build H bridge to use temporarily until MM arrives. Just need to figure how to connect it with arduino (need to browse forum a little more :().

Have a look in the Arduino section of the FAQs for code for different hardware: http://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/arduino.6/category

There are some other motor choices like Electric jacks: http://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/modify-electric-jack-motors-for-sim-use.212/

    Or winches: http://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/dc-winch-motors-for-motion-simulators.151/

If you are using wiper motors keep in mind that most of them need ground isolation: http://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/wiper-motor-mandatory-ground-isolation.25/
