Everything has been disassembled for a paint job so the chassi is kinda looking like an art piece, check it out

The main objective now is going motion, i have made some tests on a single motor on a test bench (IBT@ + arduino + 35Nm 12V motors)

I made a post earlier listing stuff for anyone building a rig in Brazil, as it took quite a while to find a suitable motor down here

Heres the link to the thread

Im going for the Sim tools license now, and buying all the actual motion stuff (U joint, rod ends, etc), hope it comes together nicely!

Please be aware to qualify for a free license all of the following criteria must be met, including the second where your thread should show progress to the rig testing phase:

    • You must be building a true DIY motion simulator. (Not built from a kit or purchased from a simulator seller, a model simulator does not qualify.)
    • Have a unique build thread or Showcase in DIY Simulator Projects. (The thread should show some effort, which means it should show progress to the rig testing phase.)
    • Have been a member of the community for at least 30 days.

The demo version of SimTools 2 has a fully operational copy of the Live For Speed plugin, specifically for the purpose of testing, make sure you run LFS before patching it for motion, as that generates some required files: https://www.xsimulator.net/simtools-motion-simulator-software/
