    Just a quick question.
Tried to program the AVR via pony prog. Got the dreaded device missing or unknown device (-24)
I am using an 8535 16 PU and had a 24mhz crystal installed. I have now read the data sheet  and it states that it clocks at 16mhz.

So am I right is assuming that it will only work on a 16mhz crystal?

(This is the my first go at using the 8535 so it has been a learning experience with this chip)
