Rookie question but I am finally ready to start a build. With the hollow shaft motors, would I have to tap the inside in order for the threaded rod to turn without slipping?
The PG saw 50:1 motors I received are hollow.
Thanks and yes I have searched everywhere!
    Thanks

I think there should be a shaft key.

I think the key way is for the solid shaft.
