Question About license activation

    My Motion Simulator:
    AC motor, Motion platform, 4DOF
    I found that after reinstalling the system on my computer several times, the SIMTOOLS license became invalid. Since my computer name is changed every time the system is reinstalled, when I activate SIMTOOLS, it prompts me that the license is not available. Does the operator of SIMTOOLS record all the computer names that have been used by a license? Once the set limit is exceeded, the license cannot be registered? My license has always been used by myself, but I often reinstall the system from time to time, so many different computer names have been generated, and these names are automatically generated when the system is installed. If this happens, should I contact the SIMTOOLS operator and ask them to reissue a license?
