Hi, I've resigned myself to the fact that it is unlikely that I will be adding motion capabilities to my rig for quite a while, although I do plan to follow through on my idea for a programmable gear lever. I have higher priorities, which include making my home environment safer for me, and finding a way to set up/remove my racing rig from it's normal place of use in front of the living room media center/ home theatre.

The following link shows my immediate plans to deal with these two requirements, which may interest others in the xsimulator community. Hide sim rig in entertainment unit.
