    still use smc3 and add 1/2 scale transmitter since sensor is 360 degree

    SMC3 allows calibration of particular hardware, however it does not of itself act as a game telemetry driven motion control software, which seems to be the actual question being posed with respect to software supporting a 720 degree motion simulator.
