Hello everyone, after reading and rereading the NjMotion post
    https://www.xsimulator.net/community/threads/prototype-6dof.5045/
I decided to try to replicate it starting with a voltage of 12V because I already have three 12V 30A power supplies in the house and if they are not enough, I will power everything at 24V which I have already tried and everything works.
Here is a video of the test:

I have just finished preparing and mounting the gears of the potentiometers to the motors, the last two should arrive on Friday.

I also removed the capacitors from the motors to isolate them.

This is how the lower base should look with the motors inserted, as long as it can weld the metal otherwise I will have to ask someone capable for help

While for the control part I will use 3 Arduino UNO R3 with two IBT-2 modules for each one.

Hello mate, it's really a nice build.
I have a question. Can you share in detail how you attached the 3d printed gear to the motor, and its possible that you share the files. I use a similar motor, and really want to revise my potensiometer mechanism to a better one, and yours is better I think. Thx in advance

On the opposite side of the rotation pin I drilled a hole with ISO 5mm thread and I screwed a screw with Allen head passing through the gear.

Thanks for your quick response. Will check your thread.
Sorry maybe its not relevant, but is it your 2dof rig still functional?
How about its performance, for how long can you play on it before it get too hot?
    Sorry for my English

Yes my 2dof still works and also very well, the performances are excellent for that I pushed myself to try to build this 6dof with the same materials. Engines become barely warm but after a couple of hours of use.

This morning I managed to finish the levers for the engines, I set up the connection to the rods at 40 and 60 mm from the center of the engine pin so I can increase or decrease the stroke.

In the afternoon I try to finish the job even on the last two scooters that arrived and then for the iron I have to wait for the outcome of the covid-19 test at the weekend to be able to go and get it.

Test of the last of the six motors/axes. Now unfortunately I have to stop because to go and get the materials for the construction of the platforms (iron) I have to wait for the end of the covid-19 quarantine. :(

I think you may need to use the spring reasonably or as shown in the figure below
