Two years ago, I had made one 2 DOF quite mobile, he(it) worked very well but engine of windscreen wiper 12 volts Are one can light For an any motive(mobile).

I put afterward a Tub, lighter siége and more sport

Here I removed the basis for its transformation into 3DOF. I keep the upper part with the gimbal

Here is the base(basis) which has an axis on rotation in front and wheels coated with teflon. They rose in bow(arc) with regard to(compared with) the axis before. The simulator will revolve of 10 ° to the right and 10 ° to the left approximately.

For the noise of travel of the simulator, wheel teflon are great, but for a comfort total I is of use to me as a carpet anti sliding of load used on heavy trucks
    [IMG]
Or under washing machines among others
    [IMG]
For the mechanics, I had this idea with the possibility of regulation, I made that this after noon(south) after the work[IMG]

    I have a travel(movement) max of 17 cms of every quoted(esteemed), what makes a travel(movement) of 10 ° to the right and 10 ° to the left.
Wheels run(drive) great well and the axis also, practically no strength to move the whole
    I painted in matt black

I printed on my printer 3d home-made cogwheels

I drew 3d and printed with my printer 2 support(medium) for sabertooth 2x32.
I installed(settled) them in the new casket, because I began again everything to have more place(square) for connection the casket is in part and linked with different taken[IMG]

this is 24VDC truck wiper motors,
because 12V car wiper motors aren't enough strong for supported a full motion simulator and they break easily.
Now with 24V motors, it's work well, and for now they didn't break

I think you can use it with a rollercoaster simulator but I don't know if it can work with a movie, you'll need a plugin for each movie with the data of surge, heave, ....

The Video Ride Creator allows you to script a telemetry file for use with a video.
it's better suited for reformatting the telemetry file of an existing ride film currently.
But you can script a video telemetry file by hand should you have the time.

Eventually I want to be able to sync captured video with a captured telemetry file.
But it's not quite there yet.

I want to install the key of license, but do not work any more, because j changed hard disk
I installed him on test pc for 2 other projects of simulator, but pc was not rather powerful
Is that why I do not draw to install him any more
