2dof wiper motor 2021

    Steps for my DIY.

    1. Setup motor and potentiometer

    2. ibt 2 motor driver

    3. install crx wiper on 4040 aluminium profile (4040 is not strong enough, better go for 4080 aluminium)

    4. Setup frame

    5. Build SMC3 v1.0 to arduino

    6. Use SMC3Utils-master to setup wiper motor

    7. Install SimTools_2.5.1 and configure the Interface setting

    8. run LFS before patching it for motion: https://www.xsimulator.net/communit...run-in-first-person-mode-before-patching.365/

    9. Patch setting to LSF

    10. Run again LFS, now the motor should follow the motion

    Wiper motors vary somewhat in design, but often ground is via the brush to the body of the motor, that is what needs to be isolated and earthed via the wiring not via the structure.
