Hello, reading the forum I am trying to assemble my station. Everything works for now. The problem I can't solve is this: when the system is turned off, the lever arms point to the floor. So when I turn on the PC the arms do not return to horizontal position.this makes it impossible for me to sit because the seat remains tilted forward!! now I ask, how can I do to lock the arms in the starting position? For now I block the position at the front with two large wooden blocks.
I attach some explanatory photos. Thank you.

From memory, you correct this in the SMC3 profile. Basically, you must be exceeding the sinusoidal signal in SMC 3 in some way.

You need to review the settings so that when you turn on your chair, SMC3 can find the position of your motor.

To do this, check when you start it in the SMC software. If, when you turn on your motor, it exceeds the upper or lower limit, you have an incorrect gear/motor potentiometer ratio. This should create a continuous sinusoidal wave that alternates between high and low.

I'm not sure I explained this correctly...
